We build informational websites for small service businesses. $99 to set up and $29 per month thereafter, or an annual equivalent. The monthly covers hosting, SSL, your domain registration and edits.
No online stores, checkouts, booking systems or customer logins. If you need those, we are the wrong supplier and will say so.
We may build preview websites for a business before it has asked us to, using public information. Previews are unlisted, marked not to be indexed by search engines, and expire after 7 days. A preview is an offer, not a service you have bought, and creates no obligation on you.
We use your public posts, photos and business listing to build the site. You keep all rights to that material. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you posted.
We only write what your own public information supports. We do not invent services, credentials, licences, awards, review counts or founding dates. If you spot anything on your site that is not true, tell us and we will correct it.
Your domain is registered in your name and you own it. If you leave, it goes with you and we will export your site as plain HTML files at no charge.
Cancel any time. Hosting continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Setup fees are not refundable once your site is live, because the work is done.
Partners buy access to leads and resell their own service at their own price. Partners are independent — they are not our employees or agents, and their clients are their clients. We make no representation about what any partner will sell or be paid.
Any business can have itself permanently removed at any time, with no account and no explanation, from the 'Remove my business' link in the footer.
We provide the service as-is. We are not liable for lost business, lost profit or indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
If we change these terms materially we will email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
